1. General Terms

Return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange of the products they have received under the conditions specified below.

2. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. Your request must be submitted to our company within this period.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • The product must be returned together with its original packaging and invoice.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been custom-made, custom-printed, or specially designed according to the customer’s request.
  • Before sending a return, you must contact us via info@farkbayrak.com.

4. Exchange Conditions

  • Products may be exchanged for a different model, size, or print type.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
  • Once the exchange request has been approved, the replacement product will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received by our company.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you notice that the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we recommend requesting the courier to prepare a damage report and refusing to accept the shipment.

If any damage or defect is discovered after delivery, you may contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange.
